Lawrence Reed is President Emeritus of the Foundation for Economic Education (FEE). He was also president of the Mackinac Center in Michigan, USA and was was president of FEE. He discusses his involvement with the Polish underground in the 1980's, preaching free market ideas to them when the country was still behind the Iron Curtain. He talks about the transformation of Poland and other countries since the collapse of the Soviet Union, as well as other underground movements in Poland.
