Scott Horton is a founder of the Libertarian Institute. He has done the Scott Horton Show for over 20 years and has thousands of shows discussing USA foreign policy. He is also author of several books on American interventionism. Scott discusses how the USA has provoked Russia since the fall of the Berlin Wall by expanding NATO and by engaging in regime change activities in many countries.
