Phil Saunders lives in Israel with friends from the "four tribes" in his area. He proposes a Swiss-style confederation for the country and believes that it is the only way to achieve peace in Israel. He says that Israel suffers from too much power in the hands of the centralized government and believes that power needs to be distributed to more local entities.
